Adam WordenDegree Apprentice, IT Consultant, and someone who likes explaining how things work.
I'm a Degree Apprentice working as an IT Consultant for Kyndryl, and I'm looking to pursue a career in cloud architecture and migration.
The apprenticeship programme has pushed me to get up to speed with different roles quickly. My first rotation gave me exposure across project support, research, and test coordination. For my second rotation, I'm now in Kyndryl's UKI Strategic Alliances team, working to identify new opportunities with the company's technology partners.
Alongside that, I built Learn Cloud to help colleagues prepare for their AWS and GCP exams with practice questions that actually teach you, rather than just testing recall.
I've also become a STEM Ambassador — I go into schools to help young people understand what a career in tech looks like, whether a degree apprenticeship is right for them, and what it takes to stand out as an applicant.
