Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services operated by Adam Worden, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Scope of Services

These terms apply to services operated under adamworden.uk, including:

• Microsoft Bookings consultation appointments
• Outline Wiki and related knowledge-base services
• Any other service that links to these terms

Service-specific terms may apply to particular services (see Service-Specific Terms below). Where there is a conflict, service-specific terms take precedence for that service.

Nature of Services

Services are provided on a goodwill basis unless a separate written agreement specifies fees, scope, deliverables, and support commitments.

Nothing provided through any service constitutes formal professional advice, a binding recommendation, or the creation of an ongoing client relationship unless confirmed in a separate written engagement.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate information when booking, registering, or contacting me. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

Booking and Confirmation (Microsoft Bookings)

A booking is confirmed only when you receive an automated confirmation email from Microsoft Bookings. Until then, a slot is not reserved.

You are responsible for accurate contact details. I am not responsible for missed communications caused by incorrect details.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

By you: You may cancel or reschedule using your confirmation email link. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible.

By me: I may cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.

No-shows without notice may result in future booking requests being declined.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with service availability, integrity, or security
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Infringe confidentiality, privacy, or intellectual property rights

Suspension and Termination

I may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, operational reasons, or breaches of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials, frameworks, and content shared through services remain the intellectual property of Adam Worden or relevant licensors.

You may use information for your own internal purposes but may not reproduce, publish, or distribute materials without permission.

Availability and Third-Party Platforms

Services may depend on third-party platforms (including Microsoft and Outline). Availability, delivery, or functionality may be affected by those providers. I am not responsible for outages or failures outside my reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided in good faith and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adam Worden is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from use of the services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy at adamworden.uk/privacy. By using the services, you acknowledge that policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Service-Specific Terms

Microsoft Bookings

Use of the booking page is subject to the Booking and Confirmation and Cancellations and Rescheduling sections above.

Outline Wiki

Content may be access-controlled and subject to workspace permissions. You must not share restricted content outside authorised audiences. Access may be revoked for misuse, policy breaches, or security concerns.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
